Unable To Find The Battery You Are Looking For?

 

If you’re unable to find your battery or AC adapter on LaptopBatteryCanada, it is most likely due to the fact that there are thousands and thousands of battery models and part numbers and not all are listed on the site. First, try using the search bar to type in the part number that is usually listed on the original battery itself. It will usually say “Replacement Part # xxxxxxxx”.

 

If you are still unable to find the battery that you’re looking for on the site, as not all the batteries are listed, simply click “Contact Us” and ask us for the battery that you’re looking for. It is important that you include the make and model of the laptop, as well as the part number of the battery or AC Adapter that you require. Once again the part number can be found on your original battery or AC adapter.

 

We will do our best to find the battery or AC adapter that you require and contact you back as quickly as possible as to whether it is in stock and the price for it.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is done exclusively through Canada Post. If shipping to the United States, Canada Post will hand off the delivery to the USPS who will deliver the package to you. Please check their respected websites for approximate shipping times. Shipping to Canada is primarily between 1-5 business days, with the majority being between 1-3. Remote locations including the Territories can see extended shipping times.

Shipping is done by a combination of Lettermail, Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost depending on the battery and to meet expected shipping times. Shipping is sent out either the same business day or next business day to ensure that all packages arrive as soon as possible. If the battery is marked out of stock, it will be shipped on the first business day after receiving and processing the shipment at our warehouse. Please ensure all your shipping information including your name, shipping address and contact phone number are correct in both your LaptopBatteryCanada.com account and PayPal account are correct. Incorrect shipping details will result in batteries being sent back to us and additional shipping charges will be required before re-sending out the package to the correct address.

For local pickups in the Montreal area, please click the "contact us" button or send a email to us at info@laptopbatterycanada.com and we can arrange pickup. We will do our best to try and accommodate you.

Privacy & Security

Your email address and account information will not be shared with anyone or any sites on the internet. The site is 100% secure and we ensure that the latest security and privacy measures are in place to keep your sensitive information private. The "Checkout" and all payment options through PayPal offer you additional security and are 100% free to use as a customer for your shopping convenience.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are available pending the reason for replacement and condition of the battery upon return. If the incorrect battery was provided, the battery will be required to be sent back so that we can send out a correct battery to you as soon as possible. For incorrect orders, a 30% restocking fee of the total price is charged to handle shipping and handling fees. Returns and the associated costs are the resposibility of the buyer, and are not paid upon return to us.

Rest assured that you will be receiving the highest quality replacement batteries available made from 100% brand new parts and cells to ensure that the battery performs at an optimal level. If there are any issues with the battery, simply contact us and we will do our best to ensure that your issue is resolved as soon as possible with the least amount of inconvenience for you.

Ordering

All orders processed on LaptopBatteryCanada.com are safe and 100% secure. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and your order will be shipped to you either on the same business day or the next business day, depending on when the order is processed. All payments are accepted through PayPal and are 100% safe and free for you to use. Simply sign up through PayPal and select the payment method that works best for you. Please be advised that your shipment will only be sent once payment is received.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payment is to be received through the checkout function, unless a local pickup (Montreal only) is preferred. Full payment is required before any orders are sent out and are not subject to any refunds for changes in promotions after the time of purchase. Once the purchase is made, promotional/discount codes must be entered at checkout to receive the promotion if still valid. All prices on the site are final and non-negotiable. If you are a business and would like to discuss doing a higher volume of business and would like to inquire about special pricing, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible and hopefully be able to arrange a business plan to cover your business needs.

Viewing Orders

A confirmation email is sent out with every purchase and can be seen by accessing your email that you associated with your LaptopBatteryCanada account. If you are unable to view this email, or no longer have access to that email account, please contact us with your full name, address, item purchased, and purchase date, and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to provide you with the information required.

Updating Account Information

In order to update your account with LaptopBatteryCanada.com, please click the "My Account" link and edit any required information there. You are also able to change your email address, home address, and subscribe or unsubscribe from any newsletter received from LaptopBatteryCanada. You can also view your orders as well as leave product reviews for the various batteries and/or AC adapters that you purchased.

Out of Stock Batteries

When purchasing a battery and you notice that the battery is out of stock, this means that we've either run out of stock and have more batteries on the way, or do not carry that particular battery in stock. If a battery that is out of stock is purchased, the battery should be received to us within 2 weeks time, and then sent off to you as quickly as possible. Do not hesitate to order batteries that are out of stock as we will ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible and place an order if we do not have the required battery already on it's way.
